01 FAQ What is Zuntia?

We are a platform that helps Marketing Agencies effortlessly collect Content Reviews and Approvals from their clients. The content can then be auto-scheduled to social media.

 

NB: Zuntia also Supports non-social media content approvals.

02 FAQ How many Clients can I Add?

Up to 100 clients($15 per month per customer).

03 FAQ How many Social Accounts can I Add?

5 Social media accounts per Client; You can connect up to 5 social media accounts to each Client’s Zuntia account. We support Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin and Instagram.

NB: We charge an extra $3.9 per additional social media account.

04 FAQ Do you Have Reporting?

While we don’t have auto-generating social media data and reports available, YET; We give you the app Statistics on how many posts you have created, how many have been published, approved or rejected, etc. We also enable you to upload a monthly or weekly report in pdf for your customers to access in your account.

05 FAQ How does my client Interact with my Agency?

After creating your Zuntia Agency account, You will be able to create client accounts in your dashboard or invite them to create their own client accounts via a customized link of your agency account. Their client account is now able to see everything you create for them and they can review, give feedback and approve or reject whatever you create for them. At this point, they can also schedule their own content in the dashboard, or you can schedule it for them if you hadn’t when creating it.

 

Extra: The customer can also download the images/graphics/videos and copy the text/caption inside to share on other platforms like their Whatsapp Statuses, etc.
